Our Mission
The USSA TEAM Academy is dedicated to developing the next generation of elite winter-sport athletes. The program serves young competitors in alpine, freestyle, and freeski disciplines, combining rigorous on-snow training with a structured academic environment.
The academy opened its doors for a second year with increased enrollment, reflecting growing demand for a program that supports student-athletes pursuing excellence both on the mountain and in the classroom.
Based at the USSA Center of Excellence in Park City, Utah, the academy provides access to world-class facilities, coaching, and educational resources designed specifically for the demands of competitive skiing and snowboarding.

This holistic model has attracted growing enrollment and continues to produce athletes prepared for national and Olympic-level competition.
What sets the USSA Team Academy apart is its commitment to building complete individuals who can thrive both on and off the mountain. The curriculum emphasizes not only technical skill development and physical conditioning but also the mental resilience, discipline, and time management required to succeed at elite levels. Athletes train under experienced coaching staff who understand the demands of high-performance winter sports, from aerials and slopestyle to parallel slalom and Nordic events.
